I'm Ange ~ a soul-led, spirit-driven individual, inspired by my own life journey to assist you in yours.
I have been involved in healthcare since 1991, with extensive experience in pregnancy and birth and emergency nursing. I have always loved babies and wanted to work with them and be a nurse & midwife for as long as I can remember…along with an interest in Natural Health as a tool for health promotion. This deepening connection with natural health was catalysed by witnessing health crises on both personal, professional, and global stages over the past 10 years.
In the pregnancy and birth space, I teach childbirth education classes... I support pregnant women to see the strength & courage that they have had within themselves all along and empower them to trust that "gut feeling" within them during their pregnancy and birth, as well as guiding partners on how they can help in the labour and birth process.
Beyond Birth, I am a mentor & educator for those on a health or wellness journey to explore further the mind-body component of illness and healing and educate them about the value of integrating a wide modality of healing tools for gaining wellness and empower people to realize their own potential for the body’s capacity to heal.
I currently offer holistic, education and advice for Pregnancy birth and beyond, as well as coaching and mentoring for wellness and healing.

An uninterrupted sleep in and slow morning enjoying a coffee. Blue sky and a beautiful warm day and a solo stroll on a quiet beach:)

Mummy's Angels is a charity in Zimbabwe that I support and is close to my heart for a number of reasons...
It is a collaboration of passionate volunteers in Victoria Falls who help expectant mothers who have nothing or newborns who are without parents.
I am originally from Zimbabwe, I was born there and lived the first quarter of my life there..and part of that will always be part of me.
