Inspired By You - Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I am committed to providing all clients with exceptional care. When an appointment, class, or workshop is cancelled without sufficient notice, it prevents another client from being seen or another participant from attending.

Functional Wellness Consultations

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

  • If prior notification is not provided, the full appointment fee will be charged.

Workshops & Birth Classes

  • Due to limited spots, full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to move your booking to another date, please notify us at least 14 days in advance (subject to availability).

  • No-shows and late arrivals will not receive full or partial refunds unless under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Inspired By You.

General Policies

  • If a workshop or class is canceled by Inspired By You, participants will be offered a full refund (minus any booking fees).

  • If an in-person class or workshop is affected by restrictions or unforeseen circumstances, it may be moved online, rescheduled, or canceled. No refunds will be issued if the session is rescheduled or moved online.

  • For any illness-related absences, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
